Edwin’s curiosity is clear from the smart questions he asks. I remember asking myself if I was interviewing him or if he was interviewing me, and that curiosity never stopped.

Ed always welcomes people and is ready to teach even non-technical people. I really enjoyed our talks about different tools and resources. Most people just leave a job on a bad note, but he made sure to give everyone a hug and handshake from the MD to the cleaner.

Honestly, I brought Edwin on for one project but when I saw how eager he was to go above and beyond the assignments even though it was a non-profit, I realized he could be a full-time asset. As a veteran, I appreciate his work ethic and how we can talk shop and end up spending just as much time laughing.

It’s very rare that you find a developer with an eye for design but with Edwin you get the best of both worlds. I gotta say, he’s all ears for feedback and somehow always turns it into pure gold.
